• Having said that, if you notice that some players are playing very tight during the Limit holdem part of the game and very loose during the No-Limit Holdem part of the game, then you should alter your strategy accordingly and start playing a more aggressive pre-flop game when you have a strong and decent hand.
• Remember that players who check or call in Limit holdem can be read immediately and should be taken advantage of. There will be no other time to tackle such a player, so you should do it whenever there is an opportunity. Just like in any other game, one has to keep a keen eye on the opponents in order to make the right calls and make sure that you make it into the subsequent round that will enable you to win the pot. Another tactic you could use to your advantage is making the opponents think they have cornered you into a trap and then playing them for a completely different strategy.
